Welcome Letter By The Chairman Henk Jan

Dear reader,

We hope you've enjoyed your summer as much as we have! Now, it's time to welcome you back to the university. Over the next few weeks, your schedule will likely be filled with lectures and various commitments. In addition to attending classes, it's a great idea to see what events FSG has in store!

This summer, the FSG Board has been hard at work preparing for the upcoming academic year, meticulously planning for all the exciting opportunities that await us. Next to that, we also set up everything to the last detail to be prepared for all the good things that will come our way this year.

In the short term, our FSG Events will kick off with a bang, featuring an amazing party, our monthly Friday afternoon drinks, and two fantastic tours! Our first event, the Beginning of the Year Party, was great succes. It included unlimited drinks, including a happy hour with unlimited seltzer! We also have formal events planned, starting with the Accountancy Tour Amsterdam next week. It's an excellent opportunity to meet potential future employers in the field of Accountancy. 

If your interests lean more toward Finance/Banking, we have an exceptional tour just for you! From the 2nd to the 4th of October, we'll be heading to Brussels and Amsterdam for our International Finance Tour. It is the first time we will organize this format, so do not miss out! During this tour, we'll visit multiple financial institutions that could possibly be your future employer. [Find more information, including enrollment details, here].
